THE Story of the square

We are a church who loves Jesus.
We want to start a movement of churches that shape and touch our city.
To reclaim everything that we believe the church could be.
This is who we are: a group of people committed to partnering with God for the renewal of Atlanta.

UPCOMING WOMEN’S EVENT

At the end of the Gospel of Luke, Jesus sends his disciples to Jerusalem to wait on "the promise of the Father" that he is sending. And they wait together until Pentecost. What must that have felt like? What does it look like to wait on the promises of the Father? What is our posture in these seasons? How was the received promise different than maybe what they expected?

On the night before Pentecost, the last night of the disciple's waiting, we are going to imitate the early church by "gathering together for worship, breaking bread in our homes, receiving our food with glad and generous hearts, praising God and having favor with all the people." (Acts 2:46–47 paraphrase) We have great expectation that women of The Square are going to experience one another and the Lord in new and meaningful ways. Whether you keenly feel a season of waiting in your own life right now, or you are celebrating the deliverance of a promise, join us for dinner and fellowship on June 8!
